Operations Management and Web-Development
March 2019 - Current
Progressed from part-time inventory and manufacturing roles into full-time operational leadership across manufacturing, fulfillment, finance, and systems development. Key responsibilities include:- Operations, Logistics, & Systems Duties - Database administration with threat assessment and security monitoring, systems dev, operations and systems documentation, IT support, operations management, bookkeeping, and onbording/hiring.
- Web and Database Development - Spearheaded development of internal tools and public-facing enhancements using HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, and in-house language "EC:Pages." Projects include a web-based employee scheduler, global page footer component, login page improvements (layout, Google & PayPal OAuth frontend), revamped customer account page, implemented warning system for unclocked employees to prevent submission of incomplete payroll submissions, SQL injection and XSS defense tools, and prototyping for a new sister-website.
- Documentation and IT Support - Authored technical documentation including manufacturing guides, server configuration and workflows, and general-purpose employee digital handbook. Used flowcharts, video-based, and photo-driven guides for staff training and process documentation.
- Process Automation and Efficiency - Built employee dashboards for streamlining reconciliation, customer support, and fulfillment processes. Produced a variety of modular/embeddable "widgets" to supplement existing processes. Widget projects include a product CSV exporter, pull and invoice form generator, unreconciled & inbound-shipment bill reconciliation lists, outstanding invoice tracker, unbalanced supplier and distributor account monitors, daily fulfillment progress meter, and more.
- JaxNet - JaxNet is a personal "sandbox" project inspired by Embroidery Central's Employee Console; it is intended for use in exploring, developing, and testing new ideas ... Used HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, and EC:Pages to independently develop and test custom barcde generators (server and client side versions), user-generated content reporting tools, user comments on products or forums, documents engine, improved access control list and activity logs, navigation menu editor, multi-website hosting support, entity queue for performing advanced batch tasks, file explorer, user and employee contact information, an employee bulletin, and an automotive tracker. Many of these features made their way to Embroidery Central's employee-facing services.

- Assumed full operations management during owner's summertime absence; oversaw daily business functions including customer service, order management, and financial tracking.
- Produced digital and print media, constructed custom photo frames, and transfered digital designs onto physical media such as shirts, mugs, and hats. Balanced this role concurrently with another part-time job position before transitioning out to prioritize academic advancement.

EC:Pages Book
Learned the EC:Pages language prior to any documentation; Wrote a book regarding the setup, usage, and programming in EC:Pages.
EC:Pages is a custom web-development, XML-based scripting language coded by Darin Andersen and built using Delphi. It is built to be intuitive and support inline HTML, JS, and CSS, with SQL integration.
RASPBERRY PI ARRAY
A personal home server built using Raspberry Pi 5s. Currently hosts a file & media server, personal websites, a Minecraft Server, a Discord Bot, and Pi-Hole
A web-based ecommerce and employee management system. Includes features such as time tracking, tasks, bulletins, activity logging and auditing tools, product & inventory management, order tracking, SEO, documents, knowledgebases, assets, website hosting, web-hosted code snippets, and more.
Computer Builds
Planned and assembled over a dozen custom computer systems, tailored for performance, stability, and specific software needs. Additionally, upgraded and revitalized several decade-old pre-built systems with new drives and OS installations, extending their usable lifespan and reducing e-waste. All systems (new and revitalized) were integrated into a local VPN and managed remotely via Windows Domain Services.
A simple clipboard history manager built for Linux that stores and recalls the last 20 clipboard items. Designed to be simple, straight-forward, and free of feature bloat.
A web-development, interpreted language built using Python. Intended to be intuitive and support inline HTML, JS, and CSS, with SQL integration.

PHP-Home Site
Designed to serve as a web-based data management system for home and personal use; This is distint from but based on the Windows-only JaxNet system. This project is in the planning phase but will include tools such as task tracking, knowledgebases, documents (possible blog/article support), project management, website hosting, and SEO utilities.
Reprogrammed Vacuum Bot
A vacuum robot reprogrammed for remote controller via a custom web interface; Powered by a Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W.
Discord Bot
A Discord Bot with customizable configuration, aimed at running user commands to expand Discord feature availability.
